What is Coaching?
Broadly speaking coaching is a process that allows an individual or group of people to reflect and gain awareness of who they are, what is important to them, their strengths, challenges, options open to them and what action to take in order to make the changes they want in their work or life.
Together we decide what you need and what your desired outcomes from the coaching process are, and we work together intensely to help you achieve these outcomes.
How can it help you?
Coaching will help you gain new perspectives and long sought-out answers to your questions.Depending on your needs and desired outcomes, we will look at your purpose in life, your personal and occupational goals, and we will work toward you achieving them.
In general my clients are looking for one of four things: How to find their purpose in life, how to achieve their goals in the workplace, how to improve relationships and conflicts that have come into their lives, and how to be a master communicator.
