About Laura Baxter
Laura Baxter's unique combination of many years of stage experience – both performing and directing – and her experience as a certified master trainer and coach enables her to help top executives and thought leaders master their leadership presence and improve communication within their organizations. She has studied the effects of the voice and body language on communication for over 30 years, and in her work, presence – in every situation – is the key to success.
She passes this knowledge and experience on to her clients through her inspiring keynote speeches, transformative seminars and coaching, and her books, including her #1 international bestseller Dealing with Divas & Other Difficult Personalities: A Mindful Approach to Improving Relationships in Your Business or Organization! She was on the voice faculty at Duke University in the USA and has been on the voice faculty at Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen, Germany, since 1999.
